I found Meridia (Sibutramine) pretty effective. Thanks to Meridia (Sibutramine), the meals I ate were smaller, I felt fuller a lot faster. I didn’t crave or think about food very often and started to lose weight because my calorie intake has reduced.
While I was taking Meridia (Sibutramine), I felt some side effects such as Insomnia, headaches, nausea, increased heart rate but it was quite common as I had talked to my doctor about it and he said I can continue taking it if I’m okay with it.
Meridia (Sibutramine) motivated me to start eating healthier and decrease my portion sizes. I had always felt hungry because my sugar levels are low. It was a relief to be on Meridia (Sibutramine) because I didn’t get hungry frequently and I didn’t eat as much as I normally did. I have lost about 6kg after 3 months of taking 10mg Meridia daily, but the effects of the drug wore off after that. I am not taking Meridia (Sibutramine) anymore, so I’m trying to lose a few more kgs through healthy eating and exercise. It is thanks to Meridia that helped me realize that it’s possible to lose weight and control my eating habits.
